Same-day transactional capital — when it belongs on a file
Transactional funds are for a back-to-back close, not a long hold.
This product exists for double closes, novations, earnest-money holds, and proof-of-funds when the wholesale clock is the only clock that matters. The hold is measured in days, not months.
Title has to be ready. The assignment or novation has to be clean. If the B-to-C buyer is not actually funded, same-day capital cannot invent a buyer.
Bring the contract chain and the title contact. We will tell you on the first conversation whether the file is a same-day close or a different product.
Fees and size are set to the file. We do not post a rate card or a maximum here. The written confirmation comes before you wire.
